Our Origin Story

My Total Take Too was born from a simple realization: the landscape of modern education is often cluttered with corporate language, standardized metrics, and "quick-fix" solutions that overlook the heart of the profession. After 29 years in the field—serving as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and passionate advocate for pedagogical innovation—I realized that true educational transformation requires a different approach.

My journey has been defined by a commitment to inquiry-based methods and a preference for curated, meaningful resources over cheap, mainstream manufacturing. As Dr. Coach O, I have dedicated my career to mentoring educators, refining Tier 1 instructional strategies, and helping rural and small-school teachers navigate the unique challenges of their settings.
